Warranty & Returns
The Gift Bound Gifts warranty covers only products that are not covered by any other type of manufacturer warranty. The manufacturer’s warranty shall be in force at all times. Products covered by the manufacturer’s warranty will not be warranted by Gift Bound Gifts.
Gift Bound Gifts warrants products not covered by a manufacturer warranty, excluding, for a period of 30 days from the original invoice date. Gift Bound Gifts only warrants the product to be free of defects in workmanship and will be responsible only for repair or replacement of the defective products at our discretion. This warranty does not include any coverage for downtime expense or any other expense incurred by the customer as a result of the defective product.
All product returns must be authorized by Gift Bound Gifts and issued a return authorization number. Products returned without a return authorization number will be refused. All RMA’s must be received within 15 days of the RMA issue date.
Gift Bound Gifts offers a 14-day money back guarantee on most products. *Products eligible for return must be returned in 100% brand new condition, containing undamaged boxes, manuals, print registration cards, warranty cards, and printed product supplements. The product or any of the printed materials must not be marked on. All products must be returned with all accessories included and undamaged. All products must be returned must include the original UPC codes. We reserve the right to refuse any product return that does not meet the previous conditions. Product returns may be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. Some shipping and handling are non-refundable. You will be notified if any of these fee’s apply to your return.

For your safety, refunds on purchases made with credit card will be credited back to the same card.
Once Gift Bound Gifts processes your claim, you will receive instructions on shipping. In the US, you are responsible for the return shipping of the product. However, if possible, we well contact you with instructions on printing return shipping labels.
To return an item, please contact us using our return contact form, to request an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) and instructions.
GiftBoundGifts.com is updated on a daily basis. We constantly update the content, products, product information, and product pricing to bring you the most accurate information possible. We aim to provide you with the latest information about new products and updated versions. All product information is provided to us by the manufacturer, and is believed to be correct at time of entry. Every product we bring to you is backed by technical and performance-based data to help you make the right purchasing decision for your particular requirements.
Order Cancellations and Non-Deliverable Orders
You may cancel or adjust your order before its entered in to our automated ordering systems. If your order is returned to us undeliverable or refused, a refund is issued upon return less original freight charges, return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee.
Gift Bound Gifts does not accept back orders.
Gift Bound Gifts cannot guarantee that all products advertised are in stock at the time that you place your order. If an item purchased is out of stock, your order will be adjusted and you will receive a confirmation email with your modified order total promptly. Your order will be on hold for 24 hours. If you do not contact us during that time to cancel your order, the modified order will continue to processing and the difference will be refunded.
New products announced by their manufacturer may be included at GiftBoundGifts.com even though they are not shipping yet. If an item is not yet available we will give you the anticipated delivery date when you place an order. Anticipated delivery dates are based upon information supplied to us by the manufacturer and are subject to change.
PayPal scammers be advised, if you keep the product and convince PayPal to return your funds, we reserve the right to use a third party collections agency to collect funds if the product is not received in undamaged or new condition.
